Mdou Moctar 's latest album , Funeral of Justice , was a seething, scorching album, even for the band from Niger. Fear for the homeland and anti-colonial anger reached a boiling point. On Tears of Injustice You'll find the same songs in new, acoustic versions. Anger gives way to grief, and the resulting space sheds new light on the band's virtuosity.
